LABNEH DIPPAS

Ingredients 
  • MERSIN LABNEH 2 table spoon
  • Mayonaise 2 dessert spoon
  • Ground Paprika 10 gr
  • Mint 5 gr
  • Pickles 3 whole pieces sliced
  • Green Onion 1 whole piece sliced
  • Smoked Turkey 10 slices chopped
  • Tortilla
  • Black sesame 5 gr
  • Olive Oil 10 m
Instructions 
  1. Mix mayonaise and labneh cheese thouroughly, add half of ground paprika and mint and continue mixing
  2. Add sliced pickles, onion and chopped smoked turkey in the mixture, and continue mixing
  3. Slice tortillas to obtain thin triangle pieces, and rub them with olive oil, black sesame, turmeric and the rest of the ground paprika
  4. Bake tortilla pieces by laying them on a baking sheet and bake them in preheated oven in 200 C for 15 minutes
